Tournament Rules
The start time for satellite tournament is NOON…sharp! Anyone arriving late will be penalized $25 in chips for each 5 minutes they are late to the table. Anyone not arriving by the first break will not be allowed to play.

Blind structure and timing will be strictly enforced. When the announcement is made that blinds have increased, a table will finish their hand (if dealt) and then move to the increased blind level.

There will be no appointed dealers at the tables (except at the Championship Tournament in December). Each player will shuffle and deal the hand when the button moves into their position.
Minimum opening bets will remain level during all phases of play. The big blind will represent the minimum opening bet pre-flop, after the flop, after the turn and after the river. Raises must be made in increments of the big blind (with the exception of an all-in bet).

Re-buys will be allowed during the first hour of play (up until the end of the first break) and ONLY when a player has LOST ALL OF HIS CHIPS. Once play has resumed after the first break, there will be no more re-buys allowed.

Players who have left the table for any reason will have their blinds posted for them by the dealer and have their hand folded once a bet is made until they return to the table.

Should a dispute occur during play, play at that table will immediately cease and the dealer will stand and call for a tournament official. Once a ruling is made by the official, play will resume. Should a blind increase occur during stopped play, the hand that restarts play at the table must be played at the new blind level.

When a player finishes tournament play, he will report to the registration table to receive his finish place and corresponding tournament points. The players with the highest satellite tournament point totals will be invited to play in the Championship Tournament in December. There will be one more satellite tournament scheduled for November.

The cash award will be based on the number of players entered and will be awarded to the winner of the tournament immediately following play. Also, satellite tournament winners will receive an automatic entry into the Championship Tournament in December.
